La Halle Saint Pierre, nestled at the foot of the Sacré Coeur basilica in Montmartre, is Paris’ premiere exhibition space for 'art brut', or 'outsider art' – so called because the works are all considered to be 'outside' the boundaries of official culture. Now you can see The Singular Spirit, an exhibit of 500 works from France’s premiere art brut collector, Jean-Claude Volot.
